Emerica, originally known as “Etnies America”, was founded in 1996 by French pro freestyle skateboarder Pierre André Senizergues and has since evolved into a core skateboarding brand heavily driven by their professional and amateur team, that includes some of the most influential skateboarders of today: Andrew Reynolds, Ed Templeton, Kevin Long and Jerry Hsu. Emerica strives to defy convention by providing skateboarders with their functional footwear and apparel that can withstand serious skateboarding abuse.
Emerica team rider-inspired and desired, the Laced is a nicely priced, super thin skate chiller that is, despite its name, meant to be worn without laces like Andrew sports them. Don't worry, a special Hidden Elastic band will keep these pups snug. But we'll throw in a set of laces in the box in case you want to tie up anyway. Features of the Laced by Emerica include: Lightweight textile or suede upper material, Soft cushioned EVA footbed, 400 NBS natural gum rubber cupsole.
