In late 1999, Habitat Skateboards was conceptualized and in 2000, part of the original team was formed including: Kerry Getz, Tim O’Connor, Fred Gall and Danny Garcia, who happen to all still ride for Habitat. As a sovereign sect to Alien Workshop, Habitat shares many of the same construction and design concepts. To stay true to pro-domestic manufacturing, Habitat decks are made in the USA and Canada, rather than overseas.
