Am I responsible for taxes/tariffs/brokerage fees upon delivery?
There is a possibility that international customers will be required to pay additional fees at the time of delivery. These fees may include taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage, and any other fees that may be specifically related to your country. All international customers are responsible for all fees due upon delivery. Please note that customers are also liable for shipping charges and fees on refused packages.
How much does taxes/tariffs/brokerage fees cost?
Utility Board Supply is not provided with the cost of taxes/tariffs/brokerage fees, etc. To estimate the cost of these fees, please visit UPS' web site at www.ups.com.
How long does shipping take?
Transit time for international shipments are determined according to the shipping service that is selected during checkout. We offer several international shipping options from both FedEx and The United States Postal Service. Please note that all orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping.
Why don't you offer Ground Shipping to Canada?
The reason we do not ship via Ground to Canada is simply because with ground shipping, after brokerage fees charged by Canadian Customs, customers may end up paying more than they would if it had been shipped Expedited.
