When will I receive my order?

Completed orders containing all in stock items require 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping out (excludes weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped out, the transit time of the shipping method that you selected will apply.

Orders containing back ordered items are shipped out when the entire order is in stock, which is expected to take about 1-2 weeks, possibly sooner. Utility does offer to ship ahead in stock items on domestic orders for a small additional shipping fee. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs can easily be calculated by adding your desired items to your shopping cart, then entering your zip code (or country if outside the U.S.). Utility offers free ground shipping on all Continental U.S. shipments on orders over $89.

How do I track my order?

Your order may be tracked once it has been shipped. You may track your order by logging into your account on our website by using your email address and password. Once you've logged into your account, click on the link that reads: "Order History". You may also track your order by sending an email or by calling customer service at: 1-888-566-6596. For quicker service, please have your original order number available.

Do you ship to Military Addresses (FPO/APO)?

Yes, we happily accept and ship orders to military addresses. All orders shipped to military addresses are shipped via United States Priority Mail. Please note that all orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. After your order has been processed, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
