In the early months of 1991, the Volcom Stone was born. With their passion for skating, snowboarding and surfing, friends Richard “Wooly” Woolcott and Tucker “T-Dawg” Hall were inspired to start their own clothing company that represented the 3 sports. The Volcom idea incorporates a major philosophy of the times known as "Youth against Establishment".
