The vulcanized Etnies Faction contains the most effective shock absorbing system available with System G2TM and STI FoamTM Level 2 from the Sole Technology Institute (STI). The STI is the first and only biomechanics research organization dedicated to the study of skateboarding footwear. Features of the Faction include: Vulcanized construction, Lower hidden lace loops, Triple-stitched toe cap, Padded tongue and collar, Elastic tongue-centering straps, STI Foam cushioning footbed, System G2 inserted into heel, and 400 NBS rubber outsole with internal EVA midsole.
