Vans J-Lay Shoe (Black/White)

Johnny Layton's debut signature shoe, the J-Lay, is loaded with function and style. The concept was to upgrade the Vans classic vulcanized shoe and create a shoe with more progressive aesthetics influenced by Johnny. The upper takes cues from retro athletic styling, and the colors and materials were chosen to reflect Johnny's love of 60's and 70's rock. Features of Johnny's first signature shoe: 60's tie-dyed canvas, Reinforced suede and leather upper, Reinforced suede and canvas upper, Slim Profile, Drop-In PU midsole and Classic vulcanized waffle sole.
