What are my payment options?
Utility Board Supply accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • American Express
  • PayPal
  • Personal Checks (via mail)
  • Money Orders (via mail)
  • Utility Board Supply Gift Certificate (at this time, gift certificates must be redeemed via telephone. We currently do not accept gift certificates purchased at a retail location)

Please note that all orders paid with PayPal, Personal Checks and Money Orders will not be shipped until the payment has been received and has cleared.

Please note that all orders that are over $250 or contain a separate billing and shipping address will require a signature upon delivery.

If you select the payment option: Check/Money Order, we recommend sending a prepaid money order to ensure a quicker processing time.

How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of you order by clicking on 'My Account' in the top right navigation bar. Sign in to access your account by entering your email and password. Then, click on 'Order History'. Click on an order number to view the entire order. If the order has shipped, click on the tracking number to track the status of your package.

How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel an order provided that is has not already been shipped. To do so, please call customer service toll free at: (888) 566-6596. Our telephone operating hours are from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Saturday. Please note that orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped; however they can be returned under our normal Return Policy.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been submitted?
You may make changes an order provided that is has not already been shipped. To do so, please call customer service toll free at: (888) 566-6596 during telephone operating hours. Please note that orders cannot be changed after they have been shipped; however they can be returned or exchanged under our normal Return Policy. We try to ship out all orders immediately, so if you need to make any changes to an order, we ask that you call our customer service department as soon as possible.

I have a question about charges made to my credit card.

Will I be charged for sales tax?

Are your prices online the same as they are in your retail locations?
No, the pricing and selection between Utility Board Supply and Utility Board Shop may differ. Please note that our retail locations are unable to match prices with our online shop.

Do you match prices with other online stores?
Yes, Utility Board Supply does offer price matching as long as they follow these guidelines.

  1. The web address of the web site that you are requesting a price match with must be provided
  2. The item must be in stock at the web site that you are requesting a price match with
