How do I know if an item is on back order?
To determine whether or not an item is on back order, click on the link beneath the option drop down box that reads: Check Availability. Here is a description of each stock status:

In Stock: In stock items usually ship out within 1-2 business days

Usually Ships in 1-2 Weeks: These items are currently not in stock; however one your order has been placed, we can ship it out in as little as one week. A typical back ordered item would ship in 1-2 weeks. If there are any delays beyond the normal 1-2 week back order, Utility will contact you ad provide you with status on your order. Your order will not be charged until the order has shipped out.

Out of Stock: These items are currently not in stock, but are available for back order. Once your order has been placed, you will be contacted with an estimated ship date.

Don’t See Your Size or Color: These items are currently not available for back order. Further information on when these items might be available again, can be found by sending us an email or calling customer service at (888) 566-6596.

Pre-Order: These items are not yet available from the manufacturer, but are expected to be released in the future and delivered to Utility Board Supply. If you place an order for a pre-ordered product, rest assured that you will be one of the first to receive it! Your order will not be charged until the order has shipped out.

If you have recently placed an order and would like to check if an item is currently on back order, you may either login to your account and check the status of your order, or you may send us an email or call customer service at (888) 566-6596.

How long do back orders take to arrive back in stock?
Once your order has been placed, back ordered items generally take about 1-2 weeks to arrive back in stock, possibly even sooner. If an item returns back in stock sooner than 1-2 weeks, it will be shipped sooner. If there are any delays beyond the normal 1-2 week back order, Utility will contact you with further status on your order. Your order will not be charged until the order has been shipped out.

Can I replace my back ordered product with an item that is in stock?
Yes, back orders may be replaced with in stock items, anytime before the order has been shipped. To do this, please call customer service at (888) 566-6596 or send us an email.

Will the in stock product on my order be shipped out before the back ordered product arrives back in stock?
Orders containing back ordered items are shipped out when the entire order is in stock, which is expected to take about 1-2 weeks, possibly sooner. Utility does offer to ship ahead in stock items on an order for a small additional shipping fee. To inquire about shipping ahead in stock items on an order, please send us an email or call customer service at: (888) 566-6596.

Do you accept special orders?
Yes, Utility Board Supply can accept special orders for select shoes and skateboard decks from the brands that we currently carry. Please note that all sales are final on special orders. Special orders must be placed via telephone toll free at: (888) 566-6596

Do you carry women’s product?
At this time, Utility Board Supply does not carry women’s product; however all of the shoes we carry can be worn by both men and women. Please click here to view our sizing chart:
