Am I responsible for taxes/tariffs/brokerage fees upon delivery?
There is a possibility that UPS will require additional fees at the time of delivery. These fees may include taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage, and any other fees that may be specifically related to your country. All Canadian shipping costs will include the brokerage fee. All other customers are responsible for all fees due upon delivery. Please note that customers are also liable for shipping charges and fees on refused packages. How much does taxes/tariffs/brokerage fees cost?
Utility Board Supply is not provided with the cost of taxes/tariffs/brokerage fees, etc. To estimate the cost of these fees, please visit UPS' web site at www.ups.com. How long does shipping take?
All international orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Transit time is estimated to take about 2-6 business days. Please note that all orders require 1-2 business days of processing time prior to shipping. Why don’t you offer UPS Ground Shipping to Canada?
The reason we do not ship via UPS Ground to Canada is simply because with ground shipping, after brokerage fees charged by UPS Canada, customers end up paying more than they would if it had been shipped Expedited. With UPS Expedited Shipping, brokerage fees are included in the shipping price. The only charges that our customers will have to pay UPS are taxes and tariffs.
